THE VENUE

Headquarters of the Ile-de-France Regional Council

8 boulevard Victor Hugo, Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine 93400

The Île-de-France Region is active in most areas that affect the daily lives of the 12 million inhabitants of the region. As the competent authority for economic development and innovation, the Region is the public authority in charge of setting strategic guidelines in these fields : it hosts a dynamic ecosystem on the circular and digital economy and is a leading Smart Region.

The Île-de-France Region is happy to host the Cluster Policy Learning and Capacity Building event, at its premises in Saint-Ouen (Paris Region) in its recently inaugurated “Victor Hugo” building. The two buildings of its headquarters were designed by Jacques Ferrier, the architect of the France pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo. The site is located 200m from the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station, on line 13 and 14, just 15 mins away from the heart of Paris.
