Useful information about the COVID-19 pandemic


We are mindful of the current situation related to COVID-19. Here you will find the latest news regarding COVID-19 in Spain and in Barcelona, as well as any decisions that need to be taken to ensure everyone's safety during the event. 


Controls and requirements for entrance to the country:

All passengers arriving in Spain by air must complete a Health Control Form before departure and obtain their QR code to present it at the boarding and health controls when arriving in Spain. This form can be found on the website https://spth.gob.es or via the Spain Travel Health -SpTH- application (Android i Apple).

All passengers, regardless of the mode of transportation used for arrival, must also present one of the following certificates:

- Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT), which detect the genetic material of the virus (e.g. PCR, TMA, LAMP, NEAR etc.), carried out within 72 hours prior to arrival in Spain.

- Rapid antigen detection tests (RAT), which detect the presence of virus antigens, carried out within 24 hours prior to arrival in Spain.

- A certification of recovery from the COVID-19

Measures in force against COVID-19

The use of mask is no longer mandatory in outdoor spaces. However, it remains mandatory in:

- Crowded outdoor events where people stand up.

- Crowded events where people stay ensures that a safety distance of 1.5 meters between attendees cannot be maintained, with the exception of coexistence groups.

- In any enclosed space for public use or open to the public.

- On public transport.

At the venue

The venue will follows the health recommendations issued by Spanish authorities. This includes:

- Maximum of people per room to respect capacity restrictions

- Cleaning and ventilation protocols before and after each event

- Hand-sanitizer at the entrance and at the rooms of the event
